You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Psalm 31:24 Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart, All you who hope in the LORD.

Much love to you Debbie and to all who care for Ella.

Love, your old friend,

We have a picture of Ella up in the school office and light a candle for her regularly. She is connected with our community and, let me tell you, our community is famous for healing its folk with love, prayer, and support. Someday I'll tell you our healing stories. We will be proud to add Ella's to them very soon.

Know that there are 800+ men, women, and children in the school community standing strong, right behind you, sending some mighty powerful love and healing energy. Blessings on Ella and your entire family.

I have been in and out of the hospital with our daughter over the past several days but wanted to let you know that I have not stopped thinking about and praying for Ella!! I send her love and healing each day and strength to fight this nasty thing and I pray for continued improvements, even if it is a very slow process, baby steps...
I know how very difficult and frustrating it is to be thrown into this one day and all of a sudden your forced to put all your trust in some doctors you've never met before to fix your child, and at the same time feel like you have no other choice, nor the time to look to anyone else... It sounds like she is in good hands and they are taking great care of her through this.
I truly can't imagine what it must be like to watch your baby girl in such a state and not be able to communicate with her. Just remember, she knows that you are there with her, talk to her and read to her, tell her how brave and strong she has been and how we are all cheering for her every step of the way... she can hear you. I know the time must seem to pass so slowly as you wait for changes, keep thinking positive and believe...she will come out on the other side of this!
Hugs and love to Ella and your family, she is always in my thoughts!

Praying for Ella constantly! The children were talking this morning about Muslims praying 5 times a day and Madeline said she prays at least 9 times a day for Ella. So looking for the day when she will be awake. She's very much a part of her first grade class, even though she's never met them.
